What does "notice to reader" mean? I have been in a CPA firm for 3+ years and have never heard about the term. Are you doing tax, audit or consulting? You should have a lot of accomplishments: attention to details, work ethics, professionalism, technical skills, etc. Just do a SWOT analysis of yourself by comparing yourself before you joined the firm and after working for the firm for 2 years.

You will be surprised how much you have grew.
