I pointed out a problem in a key process. GM immediately in the meeting commented that they do sth about it. after that, they fixed it, but turned around accusing me of being too "pointed" and some people felt being attacked. Today GM told me he thinks the process is well-done, great and I should not critisize them. I told him that I felt my pointed comments finally caught their attention and was given some careful thoughts.
