Today I had a long talk with GM, about project and his expectation for me to get a promotion. I can't tell if the outcome is good or not. But I did not get what I want to know, i.e. specifics to get promotion. God when am I going to leave? Frankly, I don't belive in quitting without another good offer. But sometimes, it is hard to hang in there.
