實在不明白中國的公務員所謂高薪養廉的說法.

不知道誰想出來的餿主意. 還辯到,如果不高薪,公務員工作熱情就降低了, 大量工作就沒人做了. 真TMD的GP不通. 不願意幹找願意幹的去做, 還編出個這麽個理由.現在國內都不講為人民服務了,真墮落.
