Performance Appraisal
周一要同line manager見senior manager 做Performance Appraisal , 覺的自己做好了份內的事(the tasks assigned to me), 但line manager沒有給個公平的rating。
I've been in this team for two years。組裏有人(team leader)專門assign tasks to different ones.
上一年同樣的line manager give the same bad rate to me. But, after I signed and then in the townhall(whole company), the project which assigned to me and completed by myself was listed as one of the successful projects for the team I'm working.
Do I need to say last year's case in this year's performance appraisal and tell senior manager it's unfair to me since I joined this team. The senior manager is not interested in the cases/proof provided to support myself. Any other suggestion what to say in this kind of performance appraisal? Thank everyone here for your suggestion.
