我會計本科，不是cpa, 工作快兩年了，現在是一個50多人的小公司的senior accountant（manager of accounting department)。主要負責oversee A/R, A/P,and payroll processing, maintain company's flooring, make cash flow projection, reconcile balance sheet accounts and manage bank accounts,file monthly,quarterly reports。。。現在每天就是當一天和尚，撞一天鍾。工資4萬多。估計將來還會漲點。我想問問這裏的會計xdjm，為了將來多掙點兒，我應學點什麽。總覺得自己在混日子。作為一個manager,我的英語算爛的。這是我的頭疼事兒。
