The experience in a small company is worth nothing.

According to my experiences in small and big companies, the industrial circle is very snobbish. Only the experience in a top-tier company is what a new hirer values. Particularly for a RCG, i.e. new college graduate, it is critical to find a top-tier company as his/her first industrial job.
