practice makes perfect. And this fits into any scenario. Playing politics is not an exeption. I agree with veggie here that the No1 is a place to "play". No2 is a place to work. But if you do not jump into the playing scenario, it is hard to learn how to. Overtime, you may be comfortable with working, not playing to your best benefit. I have to say, I do not play well and this is why I am in my current sh*t hole. But I did learn a lot.
