if i have issue with my boss, i'd leave.

filing compliant against ur boss might help, u have ur say on issues. but in most scenarios, it ends up with tragedy--kicking ur ass off door. would u take ur chances? i think not.

job is just job, not much. it's up to u to choose leave it or love it.
