請教各位大俠：該不該放棄這份工，如果放棄該怎樣處理

I started my current job six months ago. I like the job because of good salary and good location. However, I have the worst boss in this world: She did not provide detailed training,no previews files available either. She never supply all the info we need to complete tasks. She gave me wrong info at the first month so that I made mistakes, and she said that is my : communication problem.

I am the only Chinese in the company, which has more than 250 employees in Canada office. My English can not compare to others', but I believe it is fine enough for this job. My boss always tells CEO that she has to do the jobs that I am suppose to do, and whenever I ask her questions, she tells me she is doing other projects from CEO. Actually, she requires me to prepare all files for her, then she send it out to take credits.I have tolerated all these until....

She became very rude to me and keep blaming me all the time. No matter what I did, she refused it and told me to do opposite way. She never listen to me to finish a whole sentence. ( She never listen to anybody to finish one sentence except CEO)She always talks over others.She always mentions that I have communication problem. This if very hurtful..

I feel so frustrated everyday when I see her. I really want to leave this job asap.

I would like to ask everybody in the forum，do you have any suggestion to me Please. Now I am thinking about emailing CEO and HR to state all truth and my situation, or just taking a few sick days and vacations that I am entitled, and let company lay off me finally.

Waiting for your opinion. Also, please tell my honestly if my English is bad enough to have communication problem.
