i don't have expertise on this issue, but my concern is joke might kill especially people on emotional edge. they don't take it as a joke.

u also need be aware of when people are desperately to kill themselves but don't have guts to do it. a joke might does the job by encouraging them to go ahead.

anyway, as i said, i don't have expertise, riverside is doctor, he must know much better than i do.
