Give him as much housework as you could! Tell him "considering our current condition, I have to work harder to make more money. Please take all the house work..."Ask him to take care of kids, cook, do cleaning, and shopping...
Guess in no more than one month, he will be eager to find a job ...
Believe me, man is much easier to get tired of doing housework than working outside.

On the other hand, if he is very happy doing the housework, that's great! Then you find a better job...It doesn't matter who makes more money in a family. I always tell my hu*****and "if you could take good care of my kids and home, you could stay at home and I will work harder"
