Is Herndon, VA a good place to move to ?

I live in Houston TX now and I may move to Herndon, VA because Houston is just too hot during the Summer.

Can anybody tell me anything about Herndon, VA area ? Does it have a good Chinese community and good School district ? How about the real estate ?
