I certainly want to believe you
company has a broad lay-off paln some division up to 25%. But down to my unit, if they can justify a new position in a few months, (I know from many sr. people it will be quite a while before anyone can get a new head count) it is absurd that they can't keep a head count now.
I have no doubt that they believe I am very competent. But there are certainly reasons that I was passed for many opportunities. So...
