Depression is very prevalent in this country. You will be amazed when you see the percentage. Most people can get over it from time to time, so they don't seek medical help. But for some people, it's hard for them to pull themselves out of the moodiness, then it's definitely time to ask for help.

I think the depression among immigrants like us could be even higher than the national average.
