won't dig into details such as probation. Of course, there are many layers of background checks. But detailed background check could be very costly. Very few, if not at all, companies will do detailed background checks on low to mid level staffs.
Most background checks only reveal the facts like what companies you have worked for, resolved or pending tax liens, credit score, criminal records, media quotations, no more than these.
