my special friend got his degree from non ivy university. at his late 20's, he was SVP in a big IT com; at his early 30's, he was the CEO of a mid-sized IT consulting com; at his mid 30's, he founded 5 IT related coms, 3 of them are public com;)

so, any university is ok as long as he/she is passionate and capable, and knows what he/she wants.
