how to deal with this Chinese coworker?

My group have two Chinese people, this Chinese coworker is very nice to everyone except me, which makes me feel really bad. I tried really hard to make friends with her now I have to give up. She is happy if someone doesn't like me, she is mad if someone likes me. She is OK with anyone else get promoted but not me,I just don't understand. Do you have any suggestions how to deal with this situation?
