我覺得搞 research， 如果想成為好的 scientist 也是一樣的。

這當然是一個不同的職業 （I mean clinical doctor may need some skills that are not required by a bio-medical Ph.D).

But if you are keep saying that only medical care Profession need high commitment and determination, I would think otherwise. The very successful scientists would need that more than a clinical doctor.
