你也是老油子了，當然知道，知識可以從多種途徑獲得。
看書做習題是一種common way，但不是唯一的。因它不是interactive，所以較boring 和累。It requires more energy and selfdispline to work on it。

Learning on job is an effective way to me, which helps reinforce your problem solving skills and accumulate experiences.
換句話說，你上了8小時的班，已學了5個小時的課，假設你貢獻了3小時個WXC：）

Mentoring is one of interactive learning forms, you can learn ideas and knowhows, tips, lessons from mentors， among others.

俺覺得：像老胸這樣較senior的銀（logic 底子好，有經驗，知道上哪去找到helps 或other resources， including knowledge），priority不高的時候，並非一定要苦自己去看專業書，倒是可以多練練鳥語（6毛們，別砸俺，俺在認真講話那）和鳥語的文化，免得到時有苦不會訴。

真到了priority高時，憑撅胸的經驗，底子，和leveraging 別人的知識,坐下來一，兩星期，也能把相近專業的課本給搞定啦。
