Work experience in CHINA for HIB

If I apply for H1B shoud I have true working experiences in CHINA in my resume(will apply GC)? I worked for 3 companies in CHINA and if I put all of them in resume it will be too long. I want to combine them into 1. Will it be a problem when I apply Green Card? thanks
