32% is about right. it was higher before

nothing to be mad. if you can get deal by yourself as employee directly with the company that you are working for... i believe you are contractor there currently.... are you an employee of your staffing company? does the staffing company pay you paid holiday, insurance, or other benefit? if yes, they may not even make money on you.
