就可以領傭金,雇員自己付稅和醫保等,用1099表. 請問H1B身份的人也可以著樣拿錢嗎? The H1b holder is work for his sponsor. Thanks.
I had an interview yesterday and the new owner said he will pay comission and all of his staff members are taken care their own taxes, Medicare, etc. the company is in TX. I am not sure I can work for this company as an H1b holder. I paid my taxes with form 1040ez for the last 7 years.

Can an H1b worker receive this kind payment?
Can an H1b worker pay his/her tax with form 1099?
