I had the similar issue as the little girl. However I did resolve issue calmly and smoothly and now I got laid off.

In corporate America, it seems that it's okay for Black and White people to be emotional but not us, Chinese.

Anyway it's not so bad to do something stupid once. But it's very important for how much you learned from this case. Little girl, hope you will learn from this.
