After you are assigned a project, one of the most important points for you and your manager is to get the project done successfully to win the customer and make profit for the company. If you have to say anything publicly and loudly, talk about it in terms of the interest and benefit of the company. The bottom line is you are paid to do the work not for learning. You can learn as you work. But don't SAY it out loud.
