I think it really depends on your priority

Depends on how much you two (especially your hubby) value living together and how much you value the career growth opportunity. I do not really think the company has any obligation to help solve spouse's job problem. Just appreciate any such offer but do not depend on it. Whatever your final choice maybe, do not regret on it.
