They call themselves different from recruiters because they don't charge the employers. They keep saying that the recuriters will get 30% from your salary. But they will never tell you before you bring your hu*****and back at the second tine: that they will charge YOU, and not low. The reason they want your hu*****and to be there is to push you to make the decision to pay them immediately, rather than using the excuse that "I need to discuss with my hu*****and". A friend told me that they charge based on your last salary. For ~ 100K salary, they charge ~$7000. They will show you how much they can do to help you load your next job. But from what my friend told me, I feel they basically help you modify your resume to their format, help you do some mock interview. Don't feel worth it. But it's your call. If you stay clear minded, it's actually fun to watch their marketing show. It's exactly a sales event.
