Ask 老土 and other DBA experts

an entry level questions on Oracle: what kinds of tools are available for achieving database tables? for example, achieve all table rows created between 3/3rd and 8/3rd for CustomerTicket table etc. Does anybody knows any online documentation or examples on these kinds of archive tasks?
