i agree and understand your reply on #1 .
but for #2, that's the toughest thing because it's unlikely i can get two offer at the same time...chances are like i get offer #1 first but more interested in being offered #2..during that process, #1 is waiting for my response and i would not want to offend them and showing anything non-coorperative because i could end up without having the offer #2...so i have to sign the documents any way.
