you might want check with laotu's stuff. i made similar mistake

b4.i told my future employer truth & pure truth. fortunately they were ok. in general that's not normal practice saying bad thing about your former employer/boss/coworker.
for me i just can help telling them. i stayed at that one for only 6 months. i started looking around 2months after joined that company.
