cannt get offer, so sad

just want to say something, always go through the second interview, but cannt seal the deal, dont know why??? I am currently working, but really want to move on after get green card, somehow, I just cannt get the offer...the last one, I had both first and second interview on July 8 and 9. by July 20, they call me that interview process has been delay and they will let me know by end of that week or early this week.so far, I am still waiting their call, anyone think do I still get chance or not.
kind of frustruated...dont know why, I dont think it is my technical problem, or maybe there are plenty of person out there are better than me...
