Call Center is a labor job, avoid it as you can.
Data Entry can be a enter point, just for enter the field, and put experience on resume.
In the meantime, update yourself on more marketable skill, then easily change job later.
When the time coming, you can describe of your current data entry job as something database related, it will be a nature thing to do and very easy to do. But you can't easily do it for call center job.
The closer to database, the nicer your job and life will be.
