真正要站的住腳，讓大家接受，就要融入。＂融入＂簡單的２個字包含的很多。
首先技術要能行（就也是對自己的行業要精通），太胎了準被人踢出局。

但我說的＂融入＂主要還是文化層次上的。commu skills 就是必須的橋梁。沒法談的不空，等著你更有效的課呢？：）
