替勞工問為什麽多次麵試,感覺很好,可是就沒下文了?

勞工被累已經四個月,電話不斷,有agent也有公司的phone interview, every time he would tell me it went well etc. but what all ended up is no next step in all cases.
He has been working in his area for over 6 years. obviously his resume is attractive , otherwise he would't get so many phone calls.
But why he couldn't make the final strike? I try to talk to him to understand why.. but man's ego, he wouldn't tell.
Can anyone please help
1. what's wrong with his interviews - his interview skills? or the nature of tough market --this happened to all job hunters?
2. where he can get help?
