Urgent question, please help

I am out of job and receive un-employment benefit righ now, which requires me to apply at least 6 jobs per week.

While I just bought a ticket to China for a vacation, my question is if I go back to China for a while, say 4 weeks, am I still legal to receive the benefit? (suppose I will continue to apply for job in China during this period)
