Normal expenses

Don't think you can save much even move to a different place. Your expenses look normal for family of 4. You will live better if there are two incomes.

If you really want to save money, I would try to cut money spent on kids, like day care, piano, ballet and art classes. A lot of times, these classes are just waste of money. It is worth the money ONLY IF your kids are really really talented in those area like music / arts. These are not necessities.
