請問salary negociation could lose the opportunity?

The owner offered me an hourly salary. I wrote back an email with salary negotiation. But I did say that even without the salary increase, I will seriously consider the opportunity。

One day has passed, but I haven't heard back from her yet. Wondering if I lost the opportunity. The salary she offered is really low. I thought if she is considering me seriously, she will negotiate back...
