Is it ok to change phone interview screen time?

I just got email from T-mobile about phone interview tomorrow 11 AM.
This is senior level position. I am not very confident about phone interview
and I need prepare technical questions too. Is it ok for me to ask them to change to different time like Friday? Besides any experience about T-mobile phone interview? Thanks in advance!
