Asking: how to survive in a big company. （大公司生存之道）

Without any experience in a big company, I will have my "blind date" with my new company tomorrow. A little bit exciting, but more concern about "Office Political issues" there.

Does anyone can give some hints of how to survive in a big company? Are there same issues between big and small Corporations?
