今天又想，覺得guaranteed promotion 是很愚蠢的要求。Nobody can guarantee anything. Even the senior VP guarantees me today, who knows if he is still with the company by the end of the year. 在A被調去另一account救急，他要求salary rise. They said to him “don’t worry, we take care this later. You have to wait until annual salary review time.” 扔給他一個爛攤子，他每星期做90個小時，with expection of $40K rise. By annual review time, the whole company had salary freeze with no exception。 怪不得他現在成了祥林嫂。那幾個title和他一樣， 卻比他多掙4，5萬的VP 又給他一個不顧勸大局，dig grave for himself的罪名。

隻要眼前不能實現的，都是空頭支票。就是覺得這墨大公司，怎抹幹這種事。
