what should I reply to such email?

we had some problems with sth, i discussed with team, they thought make sense, so i sent an email asking if it's possible to have a copy of......


the receiver sent my email to his boss, and his boss sent me an email back, does not sound friendly talking like i don't understand what you ....... if you want ...... you need to tell us your purpose, ....bla bla....and they are very busy .....


my email is just a simple question, if it's possible or not.

what you folks say?
