Right. one guy in my group complains everyday how much work he has to do. Guess what, our boss told us not to bug him anymore so he get his project done.

For my projects it really just project manage. I'm the project leader. All design, analysis are done. The rest work I have to rely on other group such as prototype, testing, PPAP, production launch, etc. all of a sudden, he moves product launch date months early. If any phase is delayed, it will come to me at the end.
