1) What is (在國際知名企業)...擔任高級職務的專業技術人才? How 高級 is 高級? "高級" means senior or high level in upper management?

2) 海外人...需提供個人的相關証明材料，主要是科研業績或創業成就. I don't have 科研業績 or never 創業, so am I out?
