I think she is right to require no Chinese in office

As for her being cold to you, take it easy. Maybe that's her personality and that's her way of working. If so, it's not easy to change. For you, first thing first, is to do a good job. Keep yourself happy and don't be affected by her. You can chat with your boss more often if you feel it's too boring working with her.
