More updates on my new job. Sigma, please help

Hi, Now it is clear that the director does not get along with the manager. Manager stayed there for 4 years. And she controls most of the projects. Director has to rely on her. I am not that experienced to solve all the projects. But manager does not want me to stay. If the economy is good, I probably will not take the job. It is far away from home. Nothing compared to my previous job. But economy is not good, my hu*****and has pressure.

Manager is not professional. I am pretty sure as to this. She expressed that she wish me to leave so obviously. Do you have any suggestion?

Stay away? don't get involved in the politics?
