my way dealing with stress

simple, talk with some friends. go out for coffee or have lunch together. vent all frustration to them. OF cause you will have to listen to their frustration every now and then too. Talking takes most of my time at work anyway. it occupies time that I may use to eat up all my fair share of chocolates.
