for the beginner, the most important thing is to have ability to sit for 8 hours without doing anything! You can see rookie right away in the company. If she oe he has to do something to kill the time like calling on the phone or chatting exccessively with colleague, they are rookies. Remeber sitting there doing nothing is the key skill surviving in the company!!
