Interesting I have a friend at work just like that

He laughs at Chinese this or taht. I never mind what he says since it is truth.
Also, it is not only myself. Even other people agreed with me that they feel there is sth going on. They did not believe me initially. But something happened among the senior staff, (I think it was when they did year-end review for promotion etc.) which made several people( my boss and my friend both included) change their opinion on this issue.
