there seems to be some difference between male and female

I took a training about communicaiton style a few years back. It appears women like to maintain eye contact when talking to ensure the other party get the message. male on the other side view maintained eye contact as a challenge. So they tend to speak without eye contact or only briefly. IN reality, I have seen both scenarios happen in both gender.
