回複：哪位同學有申請過unemployment benefit? 請指點一二

EDD will send you a continuous form (together with the cheque they pay you) for you fill every other week. You need to fill the form and send it back to them in order to get the next cheque. If you are not in the country, I think you are not eligible for the benefits.
